1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to kanyarojgar.com and your use of the information and services made available through it, including account registration, eligibility assessments, course information, training and placement-support features. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
A specific course may also have its own published terms, fee plan and signed Student Training, Placement Assistance & Deferred Fee Agreement. Those course-specific documents explain the particular course and its financial obligations. If they conflict with these general website Terms, the signed course-specific agreement controls that course relationship to the extent of the conflict; applicable law continues to apply.
2. Women’s programmes and eligibility
KanyaRojgar is a women-focused employability and career-development initiative. Its student training programmes are intended for women. Admission to a particular assessment, interview, programme or course may depend on that programme’s published eligibility criteria, available seats, interview outcome and any further conditions communicated to the applicant.
Where an enrollment agreement requires the student to be at least 18 years old, that age requirement applies before signing or enrolling under that agreement. Registering an account or taking an assessment is not itself a promise of admission or course placement.
3. Account and applicant responsibilities
Provide information that is accurate, current and complete when registering or applying, and update contact details if they change. Keep your password and sign-in credentials confidential, use your own account, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by law.
Do not impersonate another person, create an account with another person’s information without authority, interfere with the website, attempt to access another user’s account or data, or submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or harmful content.
4. Assessment, courses and delivery
The applicant journey may include registration, an eligibility assessment, review or interview, course selection, acceptance of course terms, selection of a payment plan where applicable, and signing an enrollment agreement. The exact steps depend on the programme. KanyaRojgar programmes may cover professional communication, spoken English, confidence and personality development, interview preparation, resume building, workplace etiquette, mock interviews and career guidance.
Course content, training partner, duration, batch dates, delivery mode, schedule, assessment structure and available learning formats can vary by course and cohort. The applicable course page, batch information and written enrollment documents provide the details for your programme. We will communicate material changes to enrolled students through the contact details on their account.
An eligibility assessment is used to evaluate applicants and support programme selection. An assessment result is not a professional qualification, job offer or guarantee of admission. If a test or other charge applies, the amount and payment details will be shown before you are asked to pay.
5. Fees and pay-after-placement
KanyaRojgar describes qualifying training programmes as having no upfront tuition, with course fees deferred until after placement. The applicable course fee, installment plan, payment trigger and any other charge must be reviewed in the course-specific terms and enrollment agreement before you sign. For fee-based courses, the site’s enrollment flow provides for payment installments to begin one month after placement, subject to the trigger and conditions set out in the agreement. A free course has no course fee unless its published terms clearly state otherwise.
An eligibility-test fee, if displayed, is separate from a deferred course training fee. Payment for an assessment does not itself enroll you in a course. See the Refund Policy for the treatment of successful payments. Do not rely on a general website description instead of the actual fee schedule and agreement presented for your chosen course.
6. Placement assistance; no job guarantee
KanyaRojgar’s goal is to improve women’s employability and provide placement assistance. Assistance may include career guidance, resume and interview preparation, mock interviews, referrals, introductions and interview coordination. It is an effort to support your job search—not a promise of a job or hiring outcome.
We do not guarantee admission, a minimum number of interviews, a job, a particular employer, role, location, salary, start date or career outcome. Employers make their own hiring decisions and set their own employment terms. Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, KanyaRojgar is not your employer, the employer of a person who hires you, or a recruitment decision-maker.
7. Participation and conduct
Students are expected to attend and participate in scheduled learning, complete assigned work and assessments honestly, respect trainers and other students, and follow the applicable course and batch rules. Do not cheat, impersonate another student, share assessment material without permission, submit another person’s work as your own, harass anyone, or disrupt learning.
Attendance requirements and consequences for a specific programme are set out in its course terms or signed agreement. Failure to attend or complete a programme does not automatically cancel fees or installments that have become payable under a signed agreement.
8. Website and learning materials
The website and its text, branding, course material, assessment content, graphics and other materials are owned by KanyaRojgar or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may use materials made available to you for your own permitted learning and personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, publish, sell, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit materials, or use KanyaRojgar’s name or branding, without permission or a legal right to do so.
You must not misuse the website, introduce malware, attempt to bypass security, disrupt availability, or use automated means to collect or access information without authorization. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, services or systems.
9. Training partners and external services
Some courses are offered in association with a training partner. The partner and course information shown during enrollment should be reviewed before proceeding. Third-party employers, training partners, payment providers and websites operate independently; their services may have additional terms and privacy notices. KanyaRojgar is not responsible for independent third-party services, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Online payments may be processed by Razorpay or another payment provider identified at checkout. The provider may require you to accept its own terms and provide payment information directly to it.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or restrict an account or programme access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, serious misconduct, protection of other users, or a material breach of these Terms or the applicable course agreement. Where appropriate and practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Suspension or withdrawal does not remove amounts already due under a signed course agreement. Any further fee or payment consequences are governed by that agreement and applicable law.
11. Privacy and electronic records
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. When you electronically sign an enrollment agreement, the site may record your typed name, the time of submission and your IP address as part of the enrollment record. Payment and learning records may also be maintained as described in the applicable agreement and privacy notice.
12. General terms and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to any course-specific written agreement and applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We may revise these Terms when our services or legal requirements change; the latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.
