Privacy Policy

This policy describes the personal information KanyaRojgar handles when women apply for training, use the website, contact us or participate in placement support.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. Who handles your information

“KanyaRojgar”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the service operating this website and its women-focused employability, training and placement-support programmes. The enrollment agreement displayed by the website identifies Usraz Education Private Limited as the company operating under the KanyaRojgar brand; the agreement’s company-registration and registered-office details are left blank there. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact details at the end of this policy.

This policy applies to personal information handled through this website, applicant and student accounts, programme administration and communications with us. A training partner, employer or payment provider may separately process information under its own privacy notice.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and contact details: name, email address, password credentials (stored in protected form), phone number and city or other details you provide.
  • Application, learning and assessment information: eligibility and course preferences, assessment answers, scores and status, selected job interests, interview or training records, and information needed to administer your programme.
  • Audio and submitted records: if you choose to complete a spoken-response assessment, the audio recording you submit and the associated answer and assessment records. Course enrollment may also record the typed name used as an electronic signature, signature date and time, and IP address.
  • Payment and enrollment records: payment amount, currency, purpose, status and provider references; selected course and installment schedule; and records of agreements you accept. Payment card and bank credentials are handled by the payment provider, not requested in this privacy notice.
  • Messages and inquiries: information in contact or collaboration forms, including name, email, phone, organization, designation, city, subject and message.
  • Additional enrollment information: where a particular course or agreement requests it, information you provide for eligibility or identity verification, such as age, education, identity documents, or employment and placement details. Do not submit information that has not been requested or is not needed.
  • Technical and security information: information required to operate and protect the website, such as session identifiers, request time, browser or device information, and server/security logs.

We receive information from you, from your use of the website, and—where relevant to assessment, payment, training or placement—from the applicable provider, partner or employer. We do not ask you to send your full payment-card credentials to us by email or message.

3. How we use it

We use information to create and secure accounts; receive and assess applications; administer eligibility tests, interviews, course preferences and enrollment; deliver training and student services; record attendance, learning progress and results; provide career guidance and placement assistance; maintain course agreements and electronic-signature evidence; collect fees when due under an agreement; answer questions and collaboration inquiries; operate, maintain and secure the website; prevent misuse; and meet legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand programme activity, improve services and present general public employment statistics. We do not use an applicant’s personal assessment details as a public employment statistic.

4. When information is shared

We may share only information reasonably needed for a relevant purpose with:

  • training partners involved in delivering a course or administering a cohort;
  • prospective employers or placement partners, when needed to provide placement assistance and subject to applicable requirements and the information relevant to the introduction;
  • payment providers, such as Razorpay, to initiate, verify and reconcile a payment;
  • service providers that host, maintain, secure or support the website, communications and programme administration, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
  • government authorities, courts, regulators or other parties where disclosure is required by law or is necessary to protect legal rights, safety or security.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share student information with employers for unrelated marketing. Where we need to use information for a new purpose, we will provide notice or seek consent where required.

5. Payments

When a payment is available, the checkout flow may send necessary transaction information to the payment provider so it can process and verify the transaction. The provider handles payment credentials under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive transaction details and identifiers needed to confirm access, reconcile records and provide support; do not send card numbers, security codes, UPI PINs or banking passwords to KanyaRojgar.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No website or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your password private and contact us promptly if you suspect account misuse.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide and administer services, maintain assessment, enrollment and payment records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the record and purpose. When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or remove identifying details, subject to lawful retention requirements and legitimate recordkeeping needs.

7. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, or to raise a question about its use. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will consider requests under applicable law; some records may need to be retained for a legal, payment, agreement or security purpose.

You can choose not to provide optional information, but information required for registration, assessment, enrollment, payment or placement assistance may be necessary to use that service. If you withdraw a consent that is required for a service, we may not be able to continue providing the affected feature.

8. Cookies and technical data

The website uses session and security-related technologies needed to keep you signed in, protect forms and operate site features. Your browser may allow you to block or clear cookies; some account or application features may then stop working. This policy does not promise that a particular analytics or advertising cookie is used.

9. Age and children

KanyaRojgar’s employability programmes are intended for women, and the online enrollment agreement requires the student to confirm that she is at least 18 years old. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our information practices or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
