Refund Policy

Please review this policy before paying an assessment fee or any other amount. KanyaRojgar does not offer general refunds for successful payments.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. No general refunds

KanyaRojgar has no general refund policy for successful payments. Payments are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been successfully charged and received for an assessment or other service, we do not refund it because an applicant changes their mind, does not qualify, is not selected, does not attend or complete an assessment, chooses not to proceed, or is dissatisfied with an outcome. A payment does not guarantee eligibility, admission, course selection, an interview or employment.

This policy applies subject to any specific written term that applies to your enrollment and any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. It does not waive or restrict a consumer right provided by applicable law.

2. Which payments are covered

The non-refundable rule applies to successful payments for an eligibility test or assessment, and any other fee or service for which the amount and payment terms were shown to you before checkout. Please review the amount and purpose on the payment screen before authorizing a transaction. A test or assessment fee is separate from a course training fee and does not purchase or guarantee admission to a course.

Where an amount is paid in installments, each successful installment is final and non-refundable under this general policy, subject to the course-specific agreement and applicable law.

3. Deferred course fees

KanyaRojgar’s fee-based training programmes are presented on a pay-after-placement basis: no course tuition is due upfront at enrollment, and the first installment is scheduled to begin one month after confirmed placement, followed by installments under the course-specific fee plan and signed enrollment agreement. The agreement determines the fee, installment amounts, qualifying placement or payment trigger, due dates and any other applicable conditions. Do not treat this refund policy as creating a payment obligation before that trigger occurs.

If a particular signed course agreement expressly provides an adjustment or proportional reduction in a specific circumstance—such as where the programme is discontinued by the provider before completion—that specific written provision governs the enrolled student’s situation. It does not create a general right to cancel for a refund.

4. Payment errors and rights under law

This policy does not allow KanyaRojgar to keep money that was not due where applicable law requires correction. If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or a transaction failed while your bank or payment provider shows a debit, contact us with the transaction reference, date, amount and the email address registered to your account. Do not send your card number, PIN, CVV or banking password.

We will check the transaction with the payment provider and correct a confirmed processing or billing error as required by applicable law and the payment provider’s process. A reported error is reviewed individually; this does not establish a general refund or cancellation window.

5. Payment queries

For payment questions, contact connect@kanyarojgar.com or call +91-7059469036. Include only the payment reference and information needed to locate the transaction.

Read this policy with the Terms & Conditions and, for an enrolled course, your signed course agreement and fee schedule.
